چکیده
In this study, examination of the temperature distribution for three different heat exchanger models exhaust gas waste recovery systems to be used in internal combustion motorcycle engines has been made. Simulations have made by means ANSYS Workbench Fluent software and comparative results put forward. It taken into consideration that selected generable geometries. Model no. 1 is inclined outlet from inlet 5o, model 2 steps each which a gradient 20o, 3 fixed section width parallel transfer. Moreover, 3, sink placed gas. On cold surfaces, highest lowest temperatures measured respectively as 337.937K 329.465K 1, 342.875K 329.639K 2, 363.897K 354.995K 3. The difference between observed With relation distributions on hot surfaces TEGs, are 508.631 K 402.742 510.092 409.632 536.595 510.633 occurred When examined, it seen best value achieved

Research on Engine Exhaust Energy Recovery by a Heat Pipe Exchanger with a Semiconductor Thermoelectric Generator
A heat pipe exchanger was adopted to recover the engine exhaust energy and its internal gas pressure. Velocity and temperature distribution were obtained with the computational fluid dynamics software called ‘FLUENT’. Based on the simulation results, the structure of the exchanger was improved, and its working performance was verified by experiments. The experiments showed that the pressure los...
